Day 2: From Pharaohs to the Midnight Express
Spend your morning at the world-renowned

, housing over 100,000 relics. An expert guide will lead you through the highlights for a few hours, leaving you free to explore the galleries at your own pace afterward. After lunch, stand in the shadow of the
Great Pyramids and the Sphinx at Giza
. As evening falls, you’ll board a
first-class sleeper train to travel south toward
Aswan
in comfort.
Day 3: The Charm of Aswan
Arrive in

refreshed and ready to explore. Today’s highlights include the majestic

Day 4: Island Hopping & Life on a Felucca
Embrace the traditional way of life as we board a local felucca to visit

Elephantine Islands
. In the afternoon, your two-night sailing adventure begins. Relax on deck and soak up the Egyptian sun while our onboard chef prepares a fresh, delicious dinner as the stars begin to appear over the river.
Day 5: Sailing Under the Stars
Enjoy a full day of tranquility as your
felucca glides slowly down the Nile. This is your time to disconnect, read, and enjoy the scenery. We will anchor for the night near the ancient site of
Kom Ombo
, sleeping under the open sky on the boat.
Day 6: Temples of the Nile & The Grandeur of Luxor
We start early with a visit to the unique dual
Temple of Kom Ombo
, dedicated to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris. Next, we journey to
Edfu
to see the incredibly well-preserved
Temple of Horus
. By afternoon, we arrive in

Day 7: Valley of the Kings & The Journey Home
Today is dedicated to the wonders of the

Day 8: Farewell to Egypt
Arrive back in

in the morning. We will provide a transfer to a day-use hotel where you can relax until it’s time for your final transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
